HOLLYWOOD–There were few surprises at last night’s fourth annual Kardashian Family Awards, with Kourtney again taking home the coveted “Thinnest Kardashian” award.  It was the fourth consecutive time she won the award.

“It really means a lot this year,” Kourtney said of her win, “Not because I didn’t think I could do it again, because I’m always going to be confident, but I kind of got lazy and slacked off a little in my fitness routine.  It’s nice to know that I can win this award without really trying.  Thank you Jesus!”

Younger sisters Kim and Khloe were named co-runners up, with brother Rob coming in a distant third.

For a moment the crowd thought there may be some drama when, as Kourtney tearfully accepted her award, Kim’s husband Kanye West appeared to approach the stage, eliciting memories of West’s notorious tirade at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, when he sneaked up behind Taylor Swift as she accepted an award for Best Female Video, held her in a sleeper hold until she passed out, and made off with her award.  But there would be no such theatrics on this night, as West was simply getting a third helping of seven cheese lasagna for his wife, who was shut out of any awards following the committee’s decision to do away with the “Most Sexually Active Kardashian” award, which she has won the past three years.
